Anybody else noticed that the more you read the less you show interest in real people?
I've always been an introvert so avoiding people is my normal but now it's gotten worst, I can stay almost a month without using social media, don't like returning calls till days later and avoid conversations. Go to work read, go back home read. I'm getting worried, is this normal?
There’s nothing wrong with enjoying your own company.
I live out on a farm and it takes about 40 minutes to get into town where my friends live which can be a real hassle with busy roads, it’s not rare for me to only see my friends a couple of times a year and honestly I don’t mind.
