Bad environment = bad mental health
Guys , does living in a bad environment or a place affects our mood and mental health badly ? Like inside my family house is so messy and my room is also messy, whenever I clean , trash pile up the next day. I keep telling my parents to throw away stuff they don't need. And try to clean , I ask them to help to clean the whole house, but they won't budge at all!!!! It's definitely affecting me mentally a lot, I don't even feel like studying or doing anything when I am home. Just so you know my family relationship with eachother is very bad. I thought atleast cleaning the house will increase less stress a bit, but nooooo. They think that's not matter, my mom is the only one who is doing housework, my dad is mf who only watches movie,news and do nothing but of crouse always go outside for tea and visit temples asking God to whatever he needed when he could just do. I don't know. How help
It does actually. You see that mess everyday. It's like a chore always waiting to be done, an email awaiting your response; it will continuously weigh on you even if a little as long as u see it is there. I mean, the fact that anyone would automatically prefer to stay in a clean place rather than a messy one says something.
