why do some raw uploaders out there be asking for permission

why do some raw uploaders out there be asking for permission when scanlating their uploads like did YOU ask permission from the author to upload that in an illegal site (-.-) like idk, no one owes you their permission.. whats the point? Why be a hypocrite (`へ´*)ノ
