Do i throw rocks at this man's window

He shamed one of my friends for being preggo at 16 (she's a victim) and he has 3 perfectly good windows and there are 5 rocks infront of his house. It's so asking to be broken. No cctvs around and nobody is around at 2pm - 4pm bec it's usually the hottest time so they stay inside their homes in air conditioner. I can run and not get caught. Also I had collected cow poop (I needed it for my garden bec soil ykyk) but I can also throw this at his house... Someone tell me yes.
