Would you cut them off? Would you tell them they are disappointing you? Is this a bad sign or is there some sort of friend who would do this?

my friend is also like that. u should communicate with them, be more open. tell them that they are disappointing u and ask them why they do that. if their reason is just some stupid excuse, then cut them off. reply
