So I saw this post about some uploader who got doxxed by an author. Like, the author even put a bounty on him just to get his personal info. A lot of people in the replies were mad about it?? But honestly, I'm not even sure if it counts as doxxing. From the screenshots, he posted his “face” on Insta with the same username as his Mgg account. (Plot twist, it wasn’t even his face, he stole it from some random cosplayer.)
That's such an old news, how in hell did that even surface.
Anyways, kind of? As an author with a "reputation" to uphold—it's illogical to "doxx" and give out bounty on someone on the internet rather than sending them DMCA like a good ol proffessional person.
