Enclosed spaces or being trapped under a blanket/basket etc., even though i can breathe i start panicking and feel like my hair is in my face and i cant breathe.
Like a while back i purposelly tried to fit in a cardboard box for fun and closed it (but there was still huge gaps cuz it doesnt close all the way) had to take deep breaths to not have ...... 1 reply
