My school decided to send me straight to court cause I’m truant but also broke the law doing so cause I’m protected under lot of things with having ADHD and a 504!!! Hopefully they get in trouble, I’m praying for it.
i don't see how a 504 is going to help your argument...it's literally for being *in* school, which you are not. in fact, the 504 will probably suggest to the judge that you already have learning issues and thus make them more likely to rule in the school's favor, not yours.
