Real advice? Don't make your hair something it's not, and It's not going to grow if you don't love it. I suggest moving away from being if "This product has xyz things so It should work" because if you are not familiar with your hair ( which I assume you aren't because you are asking for advice on how to take care of it—no shame!), you don't know...... reply
