how was your 2020
i was just a teenager playing animal crossing on android (i also discovered this site that year). it felt like the world was on a break, and everything was slow, at least for me. i loved having all the time to practice violin and piano every day. i loved that the streets were nearly empty. it was just me and my bicycle, with no crowds around.
five years later, i'm in my 20s, my balding, stressed ass just counting the days until graduation. nows a good time to reminisce that part of my life
i feel guilty for saying that i miss it because i know many people lost their lives and jobs, my older sister comes home exhausted from working overnight, and i remember the hospitals were always full.
No I don't miss my grandmother bursting in my room during my online classes asking me to go clean the entire kitchen when it was literally her adult daughter who left singular bowl on the kitchen cupboard. reply
