i usually set an alarm for every 2-5 minutes between 4:55-7:30 am and try to aim for bed time at 8-9 pm. torture yourself and force your body to wake up or go to sleep at certain times. It’ll learn. tbh though maybe your body isn’t tired enough to go to sleep, try to do more things to get rid of some of that energy. And get into the habit of ......   reply
