How to chill the fuck out
My heart beats super fast and I feel like vomiting just thinking about checking how close the college exam date is, how the hell. How to hell do I chill out. Do I need to pick up smoking to get through these two months or what.
DO NOT pick up smoking, trust me it makes it worse. take a break and breath and read something fluffy on here or do something that makes you happy and calm or pet your animal to help calm down the nerves. just please don't start smoking it makes the anxiety worse and then you'll have lung problems 2 reply
