guys random question. what is the best way to get sleep paralysis.
I searched up lot of away done it, just wanted to hear some opinions
and if u wanted to know why its for lucid dreaming and other things
also how to get rid of the swallowing reflex? its messing me up
If you want to have lucid dreams, sleep paralysis is NOT the way to get it since that's mostly nightmares and affects your daily life.
