SanZo (Sanji x Zoro - I personally prefer Sanji on top (One Piece))
KaZe (Kaname x Zero - I absolutely hate this anime and manga (Yuki can go to hell) but if sensei had made it a yaoi between these two, I think everybody would have preferred it (Vampire Knight))
