Is a cheater ML the worst of all?

After reading many manhwas, I just had this thought. For me, cheating is the last straw. Like how I can digest a ml being a murderer but not a cheater (only in manhwa)
So what is the bottom line for you guys? Is it the same? Or are you ok with a cheater ml as long as he gets redemption? Is it something else you draw the line at?

P.S.: this is only pertaining to manhwas and fiction. Not real life.

personally I hate all of them (rapists, cheaters, murderer male leads do make sense sometimes though), but it's crazy how having a rapist as a male lead is more normalised than having a cheater as the male lead. how do people accept redemption for a literal criminal but will throw hands if there's even a speck of unfaithfulness involved. weirddddd ...... 1 reply

Honestly, my bottom line is anything to do with CP or underage. You can still justify certain ML’s characters especially if they’re supposed to be a horrible character or it’s specific for the type of plot the story is about, but there is never a reason for why the ML is romantically and sexually into literal children or teens if they’re WA...... reply
