What do you do if you feel like your life is falling apart?
I feel myself becoming a terrible person, I'm always irritable and angry and frustrated. And I swear I wasn't like this. I keep pushing everyone away, and although I'm aware, I can't help but do it anyway. I can't focus on my studies, I have no appetite, I think I'm just waiting for death to come find me. I don't have any motivation at all.
I won’t lie, whenever I feel like this, I try to get some sun. That vitamin D truly helps and just being outside is nice. Going to an art museum or an event or market, there’s usually something to do. Even though I wish these third places didn’t cost so much money to experience, I still think it’s nice to experience it once in awhile. Somet...... reply
I listen to music, specifically any happy music that gets me in the feels. Staying there and doing nothing about this horrible emotion is only gonna make it worse, fake it till you make it thats what I do, convince yourself that you can't be bothered and that your pain is only temporary

i chug almond milk and sit outside for a minute, maybe pet a dog or go rant in an empty parking lot, maybe lay in a bath;; but i also pushed away all my loved ones so grain of salt with my advice (also irritability and pushing ppl away doesn't mean you're terrible that means you're ~depressed~) 1 reply
I go numb, I don't move from the bed, I don't participate in any of my daily activities and I stare into nothing but what helps is time, I get better after 3-4 days reply
Blast music in the night around 2-4am, write in my journal and make decisions I know I'll regret later on. I like trying to learn new stuff too, or just watching a show. That's it ig :p reply

i let myself crash out, then i recalibrate by thinking about my wants/needs. what am i trying to do? what do i need to do to get closer to that goal? i take it day by day.
if i don't fulfill those daily tasks needed to reach my goal, that's ok. i just keep recalibrating. maybe i need to do less to get myself started, maybe i need to create a visi...... reply
