why people read things they know they won't like?
genuine question. why users engage with content that's obviously gross to them? in my experience i can't do that at all bc i'm pulling my hair every panel so i do myself a favor and pass.
its the cringe curiosity and most of the time the moral superiority they satisfy whenever they read and comment on such content. It’s like engaging for the sake of arguing. They are prevalent in fiction centered spaces bc truthfully fiction itself is an endless sponge for critique— bc it’s fiction, doesn’t really hurt anyone. The problem us...... 1 reply
