not too long ago, I procrastinated so badly that I missed my exam cus I didn't study and had to take the special exam instead. I even lied and said I couldn’t take it because I wasn’t feeling well. I caused myself so much unnecessary stress. atp I’m not even sure if it’s still procrastination it just feels like self-sabotage 1 reply
