I'm a player too, but the fandom is honestly so toxic and intolerant. You can really tell that many of them have never been part of any other fandoms.
Like, I get that it's an Otome game, but bro, it's really not that deep to get mad over a male MC or people shipping the leads. I literally saw people sending someone death threats because of it. At the end of the day, they're just fictional characters.
It's because they think if there's a "male mc" males would "invade the game" with their opinions and ideals or whatever that meant. (Saw this from twt)
