so like there is this thing were some women are saying we should ditch bras..? like what. tbh i cant even stay at home without a bra its not cuz im ashamed or anything and my tits arent even that big like..c cup so i dont feel like there is a heavy weight on me to feel more comfortable with a bra on, but i just cant. i feel so uncomfortable and i think im really sensitive around my chest area cuz like yk when its rubbing against the shirt im wearing and stuff but ive been wondering how others dont feel it or like they feel more comfortable without a bra also another thing about the bra ditching thing thats been going around idk if its showing to yall but it is to me its like they wanna ditch it even in public i feel like its too much..like no..what do yall think about it?

Idk how people do it in public, but at home I usually wear baggy shirts(with the collars cut out bc i hate the sensation of it touching my neck) , hate the sensation of them touching my skin tho sometimes so I usually just tuck my shirt under them and it's fine.
