This is probably really stupid to be putting on here and maybe tmi but like, I spent the entire day writing this essay about shaving and showed it to my mom because she keeps telling me to shave my legs despite me telling her multiple times it makes me uncomfortable to do so and I don’t like it and after she read it she thought it was me saying that I’d start shaving and act more feminine cause I’m a female despite me literally writing how it was made up by the razor companies AND I PRETENDED SHE WAS RIGHT AND NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO I really don’t want to shave my legs as my leg hair makes me feel more comfortable in my body but I’m scared to tell my mom, it was already hard enough to show her the essay this is so fucking stupid oh my god
In my opinion the hair is there for a FUCKING REASON. Man I hate the feeling of my armpits after I shave, because all the hair that was there for preventing friction and chafing is gone. My skin gets so irritated after I shaved man. I still think trimming is good for hygiene, but man shaving down to the root causes so many issues.
