I've been bed rotting the whole day and a thought occurred to me, ngl, BL bottoms are strong asf. Especially mentally. They aren't strong. They are badly written characters written by authors who have sex fetishes and some very therapy worthy issues. After reading a certain amount of BLs, it becomes pretty clear most of these authors have never spoken to a gay man, that's how unrealistic and asspull their writing is.
