Not the worst take I have read here imo, but this one user said in opposition to f/m readers who were deriding BL authors, they preferred to read BL because they were sick of seeing rape and fetishization of women in f/m works. What that implies is they didn't want to see women being raped and brutalized but were totally hunky dory with seeing men ...... reply
