Is there something in perticular, maybe something unusual when you are reading that really just turnes you off? A specific hairstyle? A behaviour you don't like? Clothes?
Not having a decent plot! I hate it so much. I prefer a plot to the story then get to the smut. I'm even fine with cliché tale. Just establish a storyline, character development, and surface before you go straight to the sex, even with this said I love smutty tales but they need a plot.
