I honestly don't understand why people enjoy reading incest and I want to really know why people are attracted to this since the majority of arguments I see are "it's not real", "it's just fictional", or "It's just my opinion/preference" which really doesn't really explain/justify anything ... Idk why I like it, I just really do. Maybe it's because I don't have siblings myself? The forbidden love part is just..hot? and interesting. There are some instances where I'm ok with it (in fiction), and that's mostly when I can kinda do this switch in my brain where my subconscious doesn't recognize those people as family members, but rather life-long best friends (usually siblings or cousins).
