I like a simple one
2 eggs, 2tbsp milk, salt, pepper, beat
Butter on pan, pour the egg, beat it in the pan and spread it into an omelette and fold it when its still runny, serve it on top of hot rice
Its like half way japanese omelette
Tho my absolute fav is that instead of butter, I use Coconut oil. Its the best. 1 reply

heat your pan till the oil beads up, or you can splash a little water and watch it immediately evaporate. add egg, acquire crispy egg
opt. 1: cook both sides, and have my family's homestyle of a sunny side egg. it's good by itself or soy sauce

I'm too simple. I just throw in eggs and add some salt and I'm done with it lmao. At most, I will make scrambled eggs with onion, tomato, capsicum and pepper. 1 reply
