I'm tired of getting sick

It all started when I was one year old and got a fever so bad it almost killed me. Since then now in the year 2025 I've been getting sick like every month, I'm generally surprised I didn't get covid with how much I end up being sick and bed riddened. Anyone else gets sick frequently and knows how to lessen it, I actually can't afford to me getting sick like this all the time rn.
