i'm not kidding and it sounds harsh but if you can get past that first step it gets easier
and even if you hate everything you draw, just start it
having started it means you'll be able to come back to it later when you have more motivation and you'll have something rather than nothing
and even if you still hate it and end up deleting ...... reply
