Alpha women’s anatomy

So in the omega verse we have some understanding , even though not many , alpha women have some version of a penis. That’s how they can get their partners pregnant but what if it wasn’t like that. What if alpha women just had a woman’s anatomy.. when they have sex with women they just Trib and their juices will get their partner pregnant. As for their omega men they can actually ride their dicks and their juices will enter his shaft… lol idk how to make sense of it but the thought process is omega men don’t get to change their anatomy they just have additional features. Plus being omega with a penis, this version can give it a purpose… it was just a thought, what do you think ?
