What is your coping mechanism when you're hurt/angry
When i feel hurt/angry, i usually go silent. i instantly shut up and start dissociating myself from reality. i don't like confrontations so i tend to isolate myself until i calm down. i don't want to hurt others or be hurt in the heat of the moment. it's kind of unhealthy cause i'd bottle things up but isn't it the best way to avoid conflicts?
When I'm hurt or angry I cried. I go into the woods if I wanted to let out my emotions but it's always silent cries. In school I tried eating foods, candies, and will go quiet if I wanted to. reply
