irritational fear everyone?
Bruh, worms, snails, and caterpillars are my biggest enemies in this world. A little backstory from my Grade 5 experience: we were gardening behind our classroom, and while my classmates were messing around, this one friend of mine pranked me by showing me a long-ass worm right in my face. I panicked so hard I started hyperventilating.
Fast forward, we had to go back to the garden, and my friend was asking where the worm was. I had this terrible hunch it was on me, and the moment I opened my hair… the worm was actually there. THE FUCKASS WORM WAS HANGING ON MG HAIR. I almost collapsed—I swear it felt like I couldn’t breathe. And i was really upset coz everyon knew in that classroom that i have this irritational fear of worms but my friend still pra mnked the shit out of me. After that accident everytime i open my hair it feels like the worm was still there that’s why i always had it in ponytail.
another one is when my grandma chased me with it and i stayed in my room for a whole day coz i feel like i was sorrounded by it lmao .
Im lowk claustrophobic,not extreme tho
But like if im for example trapped in a very small place like a box i start hyperventilating and freaking out like crazy, and i always feel like my hair wont let me breathe reply
I have this fear of needles. I feel quite dizzy before my blood is drawn and I have to put myself together because obviously I have to do this. I don't quite know the cause of it reply

I have a fear of throwing up, i cant stand puke and if i feel nauseous, i will just hold myself until that feeling is gone. I will not puke . I feel like fainting everytime that feeling comes. I hate it so much its too scary 1 reply
I have a fear of specific sounds like water dripping, chewing of food, foot steps and I also have a fear of certain smell, mostly masculine perfumes due to my parents (diagnosed with c PTSD) reply

I'm also still kinda scared of the dark at 23, I always sleep with a tiny light so as not to sleep in total darkness (my SINGLE traumatizing episode of sleep paralysis 2 years ago only worsened it). Not that I'm terrified of it, but I have trouble falling asleep if I think about it. Th...... reply
