What is the best Horror Manga/Anime you guys know?

Yakusoku no Neverland (The Promised Neverland). Although it wasn’t scary, it still had me at the edge because I love all the children. They are my babies. Corpse Party. Not scary either. I like Mr Arashi's Amazing Freak Show, which technically isnt horror (its eroguro) but the psychological impact it had was reminicent of such. Kami No Kodomo (Child Of God) is another eroguro but also horror manga. Its about a serial killer (who is def a shotacon) and his cult, and its artstyle is picasso-esque.
