What are some plot device's you're quickly growing tired of?
I hate when authors make the mc get assaulted/stalked/have their lives put in danger just so the love interest can come and be their white knight, and after that the mc is never affected by the traumatic event they went through they just move on, i just finished reading a story i overall liked but that had the mc be almost assaulted and MURDERED and right after he went and had sex with the ml c'mon now
Whenever the mc just out right doesn’t listen to their friend telling them that’s the ML is an asshole
And calling said friend “annoying” or “delusional”
While siding with the ml

I'm so tired of enemies to lovers stories where the rivalry is super one sided. Usually the love interest is always wayy stronger then the mc and it's basically impossible to win against them, for example Codename Anastasia is probably one of the worst ones I have ever read, it's not even fun watching the mc go against the ml cuz that guy has more ...... reply
