What are some plot device's you're quickly growing tired of?
I hate when authors make the mc get assaulted/stalked/have their lives put in danger just so the love interest can come and be their white knight, and after that the mc is never affected by the traumatic event they went through they just move on, i just finished reading a story i overall liked but that had the mc be almost assaulted and MURDERED and right after he went and had sex with the ml c'mon now
The leftovers trope. I personally call it this when two unrequited love interests get together (sometimes rarely when it's one person who's an unrequited love and maybe it's the friend/ sibling of the main character or ml). I always hate it because it's always such an ill-matched couple and literally should be the last people to get together. Plus ...... reply
