Walk And take your vitamins (and the sun), especially vitamin D. If you feel really lazy with your walking, just check how many steps you usually do in a day and increase it by 1k weekly.
For example, I used to only do 500-1k steps and I started with 2k for a week. Then 3k the next week. I also separated my steps throughout the day. I would do 20...... reply
