my goofy ass self diagnosed when i was 19 but couldn't stick to 2-3 therapy sessions in a row let alone even access care that'd last more than 8 sessions;; but like if mental illness falls in a forest and no one's around to hear it i think that just classifies me as mentally well, so after a while i let it go reply
