Is This anxiety?
when I speak with strangers or in front of small crowd,like 24 people, I get really quiet and mumbles sometimes. My face also get red and I blush. I don't know if that's anxiety or just me being shy. Did any if you have similar problems? Is there a way to fix it?
The line between shyness and anxiety, the disorder in particular, is indeed pretty vague. What you simply need to know is that everyone has a level of anxiety and that's normal. On the other hand, shyness isn't going to stop you from having to do whatever it is you need to while an anxiety disorder (way higher levels of anxiety) can literally hinde...... 1 reply

I'm not entirely sure if you're talking about an anxiety disorder or if you're talking about anxiety as in something you get sometimes in certain situations...but to me this sounds completely normal? I've had social anxiety since I was thirteen, so this is more or less just my opinion.
It doesn't sound much like what I would associate with anxiety...... 1 reply
