The line between shyness and anxiety, the disorder in particular, is indeed pretty vague. What you simply need to know is that everyone has a level of anxiety and that's normal. On the other hand, shyness isn't going to stop you from having to do whatever it is you need to while an anxiety disorder (way higher levels of anxiety) can literally hinde...... 1 reply
