works on individuals and corporations that have no explicit ties to the government. otherwise, its useless, and often born from misconceptions. It can do some good and some bad. it's just another response to fame and fortune in this century and since I doubt our technological advances will backtrack, it'll only increase in intensity in the future t...... 1 reply
