college sleep schedule
guys give some tips i want to sleep earlier but i keep finding myself on mangago. and netflix. im a college freshman and i dont wanna start balding or have eye cricles. PLEASE HELP!!!1
Some things that help me keep a consistent sleep schedule:::
1.hate to say it but you gotta put that phone away a few hours before bed time there's no other way to stop this I either turn if off and throw it into the ocean or I'll be reading bl until 5 in the morning
