I think the majority of bl is rapey for no reason at all can’t blame some for thinking that but for me I think all types romance get rapey for no reason…these authors generally do not know what consent is and they really dislike using it in their works even if they know what it is. I dont blame them. Open mggo and look at the ones that are featured on home page. Most of it is written in pretty bad taste when it comes to romance, sex and consent. There's more fan service than plot. Authors seem to think non con is a plot device. There are very few that actually write realistic, nuanced characters, delve into the human conditio......   reply

Sometimes it feels like that's the only thing in bl these days we gotta search in the depths of the internet to find something remotely good with no bs in it it's annoying when authors only put this concept inside their stories it just all bs on the feature stories now.   reply
