In Memoriam by Alice Winn, just finished the book yesterday night and it’s a great book exemplifying the homophobia of Edwardian England and the trauma, heartache, death and suffering from WW1. i enjoyed all quiet on the western front, and this book was inspired by it! I’m not much of a crier so not full on sobbing, but definitely have shed some tears.
Anything with animal suffering will make me tear up, so Hello! veterinarian! & Kim Oh-Jin’s adventures with strange animals have made me shed tears. reply

Umineko no naku koro ni. It’s a long read, but gosh does it make me bawl my eyes out each time I read the end. Like sniffling and all, I am forced to use handkerchiefs when I read the last chapters else I get unable to read because of the tears. It’s so good, I recommend it 100/100

I’ve teared up to and have been impacted by a lot of media but the only time I can remember fully sobbing was yakuza’s majima-makoto story. that shit took seventeen year old me and twisted what I thought true love was into something entirely new. he’s ultimately right for what he does in letting go but damn. damn. reply
