"Love bite" rage baited me

I've never been rage baited by a story as much as love bite rage baited me, it's a genuinely a talent, the author managed to write a story with no development at all, the story starts and ends the same, nothing changes and honestly i would be okay with that if the mc wasn't the biggest asshole cheater known to man kind, he has a boyfriend who loves him, constantly tries to get into bdsm play since mc enjoys it and even thought he doesn't.
