I hope that you can get the amount of people you need! I’m currently in civil engineering and I’ve recently learned a bit about earthquakes and the reinforcement used in developing countries so I hope this helps! i hope i was of help, ik the concept but since i live in a place where natural disasters will nvr strike me since im on the equator ish, im not fully aware of the system, financial or effectiveness of the system, my answer is just what a random human wld think of it as im a student too reply
