Are @innocent and @miza the same person?

I've been curious about it for a while now, i know innocent was banned and miza talk in the same way but both of them seem so different like miza gives off girly vibes meanwhile innocent gives off bratty guy vibes lol sorry for asking please don't jump me i am just curious (⌒▽⌒)
