Is Shipping characters SO WRONG??

I think i just ragebaited a guy after saying that I really like batman x superman. And boy did he hurl every insult at me going as far as saying that "people who always make characters gay deserve to be raped by the said chara" and all I said was superman wouldn't be so proud of your ass and batman would tenderize you in a minute and moved away for my safety halleluyer.
So give me more ideas now as to how i can ragebait these boys it's so funn helps me sleep at night
