curious about unique IDs
I have an idle curiosity about mangago's unique IDs. I'm wondering if the numbers correspond to how many users have made the account previous to your sign up (for lack of a better way to describe it. Sorry. Fucking brain dead right now.)
No need to give me the exact number. Just a general range. For example, I made my account in 2016, and my unique ID is in the 100,000s. So am I the 100,000th such and such user to sign up?
And if it is how the id is decided, I'm also curious about what years the accounts started to hit the millions.
(I made a new account as a test, and it had my id at 4million.)
By curiosity I was looking for oldest account, and I found 23rd one.
Kinda giving nostalgia..the vibe around that time and now are totally different.
Though my own account is not that old as it's my sec one, but I've been around here lurking since 2017, still miss those biggy who left us in pandemic that hit mangago in 2022. 1 reply
