Getting sick at night

Every night lately without fail, I feel sick asf. Runny/blocked nose, headache, cough, but as soon as I wake up, Im fine. It’s interfering with my sleep and I hate feeling like shit every night. Does anybody know what this could be or experienced anything similar?
