No, for the same reasons abstinence only sex ed is stupid. Keeping kids away from the problem without actually solving the problem itself won't do anything. One day they're gonna have to use the internet, and if you prevent them from learning how to do that safely then they're just going to be in more danger. reply
Australia is already doing this—in terms of social media platforms for those under 16.
I believe the law takes full effect sometime in January, 2026, so give it a few years after that and you can see the effects of such a practice for yourself, and wether it would have been a good thing or not.
