Scenario

Imagine A is a suicidal person, that would hurt themselves but stopped because they promised to B which they very love/p so A started sewing everytime they feel they are gonna hurt themselves. But then they would intentionally poke the needle in their finger just to feel pain once more, and they can call it an accident, B knew this was Bs, so B made a homemade thimble to prevent it. Obviously as A love B so much/p they would use it
